Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 477jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 477jl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 477jl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
477jl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from 477jl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
477jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in PHP. 477jl does not currently accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.
The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:
477jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with applicable Philippine AML regulations. Processing may be delayed during such reviews.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term average payout for each game. Individual session results will vary. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 477jl will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. 477jl's determination of the correct resolution in such cases is final.
477jl reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or exploitation of a software vulnerability. Winnings derived from such circumstances will not be paid out.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 477jl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the 477jl Platform, including but not limited to the 477jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 477jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 477jl.
477jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
477jl implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 477jl cannot guarantee absolute security.
477jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 477jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
477jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 477jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 477jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
